How can I write and submit a review?To submit a review, log in to your profile at the top right of the home page. Go to the "My orders" page. A review form is below your orders.

How do I request a refund?Contact us via email or in the app and we'll issue you a refund prior to shipping.

How do I subscribe to your website?At the bottom of each page is a subscribe form that requests your email address. Type it in and click/tap "Subscribe Now". You'll then be subscribed to our email list.

How do I become a member?At the top of each page is a form inviting you to "Join us on mobile!". When you enter your phone number and click/tap "Send" you will receive a link to download the Wix app, and join our KWMinistries app. By becoming a member you will be able to update your profile information, check on your pending and past orders, view your blog comments, post in your groups, manage your saved adresses and payment informaton, and speed up checkout for future orders. You can also, interact with and follow other members.

How do I join a group?To join a group click/tap on the "Groups" tab and then "Join". This will open the member log in page. If you are already a member, log in. If you're not, sign up to become a member. You can also join and access your groups in the mobile app. Just tap on the "Groups" tab and join the group(s) of your choice.

How do I update my member information?Log in via the website or mobile app. On the website, once logged in, click/tap the down arrow beside your profile picture and all the areas you can update will be displayed. In the mobile app, tap the person icon at the bottom right to access and update your information.

How do I unsubscribe?There is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of all emails you receive from us. You can click/tap it at any time.

How do I delete my membership?Contact us and we'll delete your membership for you.
